LLaMA (Large Language Model Meta AI) is an open-source large language model (LLM), released by Meta AI. For its first version, four model sizes were trained - 7, 13, 33 and 65 billion parameters. LLaMA 2 is a next generation of Meta AI's open source large language model, which includes model weights and starting code for pretrained and fine-tuned Llama language models - ranging from 7B to 70B parameters.
