Since its inception Priestley Management Company has been a leading influence in the Community Association Management Industry in the Triad area of North Carolina. Priestley Management Company has been a member of the Trade Organization Community Associations Institute (CAI) since 1990. CAI has been the leader in providing education and resources to the volunteer homeowners who govern community associations and the professionals who support them. CAI's members include community association volunteer leaders, professional managers, community management firms and other professionals and companies that provide products and services to associations. Priestley Management Company has had a CAI certified 'Professional Community Association Manager' (PCAM) on staff since 1994. The Majority of our Association Managers have received the 'Certified Manager of Community Associations' (CMCA) professional designation from CAI. David G. Priestley, a Greensboro native, graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with degrees in Industrial Relations and Political Science. After working with Quadrant, Inc. in Myrtle Beach and being responsible for the management of condominium, townhouse and single family homes for four years, Priestley relocated to Raleigh in May of 1988 when he went to work for Ross Taylor Management Corporation where he managed similar types of property. Priestley is a graduate of the Community Association Institute's (CAI) Professional Management Development Program and has been awarded the professional designations 'Professional Community Association Manager' (PCAM), 'Association Management Specialist' (AMS) and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) Designations. He is also a member of the CAI Hall of Fame.
