Crouching Tigers is a fun, energetic company that is dedicated to making the world a better place, one kid at a time. We were founded in 2007 and are currently operating in nearly 150 locations throughout Indiana and Ohio. We teach 30-45 minute weekly fitness classes in places where children are already learning… like preschools, child care centers, and elementary schools. However, Crouching Tigers is much more than just fitness. Our fun and energetic curriculum incorporates yoga, general fitness, and martial arts with important life-skills, stories and safety lessons. We make a huge impact by allowing our students to do what they love while sneaking in what they need.
