Beach Real Estate was established in 2004 to answer the demand for a more full service vacation rental agency with better maintained and prepared rental homes, cleaned weekly by professional cleaners, and bed linens on all the beds, a unique level of service not offered at other establishments. Mary Stover and Nancy Pike are both licensed Real Estate Brokers, owners and operators of the agency, and both have years of Real Estate Sales experience. Beach Real Estate has brokered sales including the most exclusive properties on Block Island. We know the Island well, live on Block Island and are hands on for our Rental Property owners. We are your first and only source for all that is Block Island! Mary and Nancy are partner-owners of Beach Real Estate. Mary, originally from PA, moved to Block Island in 1991 with her husband a 3 young children, after vacationing here, buying vacation property, and finally moving here full time because of the love she and her family have for Block Island. Nancy moved her after leaving Tiffany's in NYC after many years vacationing here with her family. She fell in love with BI, married and had 2 children.She worked in real estate for more than 20 years, and when Mary and Nancy meet during those years, Beach Real Estate was formed. We love Block Island, live here by choice, and enjoy our business immensely. We are always happy to share our love of BI with all who inquire!
