The School of Technology Graduate Programs at the University of Central Missouri provides broad multi-disciplinary career preparation opportunities with programs at the master's and doctoral levels. Our programs have been structured with industry input to meet the ever-growing technical and management demands of global enterprise. Our School of Technology Graduate Programs offers: *Master of Science in Industrial Management *Master of Science in Technology *Lean Six-Sigma Graduate Certificate *Network Security Graduate Certificate *Ph.D. Technology Managment The M.S. Industrial Management degree program is designed for students who desire work in management or supervisory positions in industry. The program provides a balanced curriculum focusing on the human element of the workplace as well as a variety of industrial systems. Specific skills will be developed in the field of leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making. The entire curriculum is delivered via the Internet to meet the demand for those students who work full-time or live at a distance. The program also offers courses on the main campus. The M.S. Technology is focused on preparing students for professional positions in technology related organizations, enterprises, and activities. Graduates are prepared in a range of rapidly evolving technological disciplines, as entrepreneurs and members of an organizational enterprise. The program allows several curricular paths leading to graduation. Students choose electives from any approved UCM department to meet their goals. Both Master's Degrees are STEM approved. The Doctor of Philosophy in Technology Management program is designed to prepare students for positions of leadership in the public and private sectors of society. This innovative web-based doctoral program is delivered by Indiana State University in cooperation with other nationally-accredited universities throughout the country.
