Founded in 1973 as a vineyard company, Sonoma-Cutrer has grown into a state-of-the-art winery that blends Burgundian Grand Cru tradition with American ingenuity. Since our inaugural vintage in 1981, Sonoma-Curer has embodied the best in world class Chardonnay. Today, the winery has expanded to include rich, harmonious Pinot Noirs. The process--from vineyard to bottle--spares no expense in the creation of noble wines that are desired by connoisseurs from coast to coast. Welcome! I am Sonoma-Cutrer's Director of Winemaking, Mick Schroeter. As director, I oversee all of Sonoma-Cutrer operations, as well as the production of our award winning Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines. Our entire winery is devoted to making superior wines. We have a commitment to excellence that complements the Sonoma-Cutrer traditions.
