The Company forms a capital group with a number of subsidiaries and affiliates based in Poland, Norway, the Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, the United Arab Emirates, Ukraine, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia and Oman. The major shareholder of the Company is Polish State.
