LaunchCode is filling the gap by using pair programming-- two programmers, two keyboards, one monitor-- which is the system used at Square. Pair programming increases productivity, reduces the number of mistakes and pushes coders to work harder. Most significantly, pair programming is the quickest way for developers to master a language gain the proficiency and competency of an experienced developer.
