Located in Duluth, Minnesota, Saint Scholastica has consistently ranked high in US News and World Report among Midwestern private schools. Saint Scholastica is comprised of six distinctive undergraduate schools, which include the schools of Arts and Letters, Business and Technology, Education and Health Sciences. Graduate degrees are also awarded primarily in healthcare fields such as: *Health Information Management *Nursing *Occupational Therapy *Physical Therapy The on-campus clinical opportunities that are available to students in healthcare fields are an example of the real-world learning that is integral to a Saint Scholastica education. The internship program may be one of the reasons for the high job-placement rate of Saint Scholastica graduates. Community is a substantial part of Saint Scholastica’s college life. School buildings feature multiple lounge and recreation areas where students may gather, and there are campus festivals as well as more than 65 student organizations. A high school diploma or GED, transcripts, and ACT or SAT scores are required for undergraduate admission, which is somewhat selective. The majority of admitted undergraduate students are at least in the top half of their class, with a number of them in the top quarter or even 10 percent. ACT and SAT scores among admitted students are generally average to slightly above average. Graduate student requirements vary depending on the program of study. Applications for all programs are available online. Eligible students may receive some form of financial aid. A FAFSA form is required for those who wish to get federal aid like grants and/or loans. There are also numerous scholarships available through the school.
